Complete pay hours, remain active in base, and earn points toward your RPA progression.
Pay Schedule
Our pay hours run daily at the following times. All times apply to both AM and PM sessions.
12:00-1:00
1:00-2:00
6:00-7:00
7:00-8:00
All schedule times are based on Eastern Time.
Standard Pay
3Points per completed pay hour for non-IC employees
4Points per completed pay hour for IC members
Bonus Pay
Bonus pay is an additional reward system available between scheduled pay hours. It allows staff to earn extra points for remaining active and contributing during off-pay periods.
- Staff may earn up to 1 point during bonus time; the 4th hour would be 2 points
- A maximum of 5 points can be earned per person.
- Bonus pay may only be claimed during non-pay hours
- Bonus pay is only valid when properly logged and vouched
