General Policies:

– It’s imperative to follow the Habbo Way at all times. This tradition and mindset has been the backbone of all amazing agencies across Habbo. Do not engage in racism, homophobia, indecent exposure/sexual talk, anything outright disrespectful or slander.

– Respecting the people at RPA regardless of Rank and Stature should be the #1 priority regardless of the situation. Disrespect is at any time met with serious action.

– Profiles should be kept unhidden to validate time, groups, and motto.

– Never ask or hint for Pay, Promotion, or any Rights (Badge or Room)

– Do not Idle (AFK) at any work stations. You will be met with consequences if repeated.

– At no time should anyone without proper identification, rank, motto, or status should be permitted inside of base.

– Only those who work, and or have Special Visitor/VIP are permitted within the confines of Base.

– You are allowed to use any color chat except Red and Black.

– Employees are permitted to wear whatever they like after passing Cadet Training. As long as it’s appropriate and follows The Habbo Way.

– Poaching, Trolling, Exploiting and Griefing is not allowed in any circumstance.

– Raiding is not allowed unless our Foreign Affair policies justify and are followed.


Essentials to work at RPA: 

– Must follow the Code of Conduct

– Your account must be in good standing and be at least 3 Days Old.

– May not be on any of our National Punishment or Do Not Transfer/Do Not Hire lists.

– May not be affiliated or known to have affiliated with any Mafias.


Special Visitors and VIP Policy: 

– 70C for SV and 35C for VIP

– Must wear the SV badge within the base.

– Special Visitors and VIPs must adhere to the General Policies of RPA.


Promotion Policy:

– Promoters must be active for 10 minutes in base.

– Employees receiving the promotion must be active for 10 minutes on base.

– Employees must also have actively filled a station 10 minutes before their promotion.

– Promoters must log the promotion in the portal.

– You may not promote the same person more than once time in a row.

– If the promotion requires a new division badge ensure if they need training it’s completed and that a request for Badge Admins are made for their new divisional badge.

Security Training
Conducted by: Trainer Division+
Mandatory for: Trial Sentinel
Covers: How to efficiently use the Security station and our Portal.

Trainer Training
Conducted by: Command Division+
Mandatory for: Trial Instructor
Covers: How to utilize the portal to log training and how to train recruits and Junior Sentinels.

Command Training
Given by: Operations Division+
Covers: How to utilize the portal to log promotions, training and how to give training to new trainers.


Safety Policy:

– Do not give out your passwords on any platform EVER

– Keep personal information close unless you feel comfortable

– Never answer questions you don’t feel obligated or comfortable answering

– Speak with our Internal Affairs team whenever you feel uncomfortable or unsafe.


General Commands:

ATT/Attention: Stand, Wave then say “Yes, Sir.” or “Yes, Ma’am.
AE/At Ease: Return to your station.
FTF: Fill The Front, Fill The Front Desk.
FTB: Fill The Back, Fill the Back Seats.


Base Commands:

:in let’ someone from front row to Security
:green let’s someone into base from Security
:yellow sends someone to Training from Security
:red sends someone back to the Lobby from Security
:gate opens the gates in Security and Training
:train opens the elevator for Training
:red sends someone back to the Lobby from Training


Disciplinary:
Strike System – 
Warning: When a warning is given it’s notifying you the action that you are taking will warrant a Strike if you proceed.
Strike 1: Upon receiving strike 1 you should realize the severity of your actions.
Strike 2: Upon receiving strike 2, you will be demoted. This demotion could range from 1 rank to divisions depending on severity.
Strike 3: Upon receiving a strike 3, you will be fired.

Approval needed from Foundation for Firing.


Special Units:

– After one week of employment you will be capable of applying to RPA Special Units

– There will be no restriction around the amount of SUs you can be around.

– You must obey the rules, regulations, and tasks that the Director sets in place.


Room Rights Policy:

– There is no requirement for obtaining Room Rights nor is there a specific rank that grants Room Rights.

– You are not allowed to Remove or Add furniture without the authority from the Foundation Team.

– We may not kick, or mute someone unless absolutely necessary.

– We need authority to ban someone from the Foundation Team unless they are on Ban On Sight.


Pay Policy: 

– Pay hours run at 12-1, 1-2, 6-7, and 7-8 (AM/PM). 

– Non-IC employees receive 3 points per completed pay hour. 

– IC members receive 4 points per completed pay hour. 

– Bonus pay is available during the hours between pay frames. 

– Staff may earn up to 2 bonus points per hour. 

– That means up to 8+ total points can be earned per day. 

– Please remain active and follow all base procedures during pay.
