RPA RULES
During today’s session we will begin with the regulations and procedures of RPA,
which are essential for maintaining cohesion and unity within our agency.
1. Never AFK at working stations – or you will be bopped.
If failed to wake up within the given time, consequences will follow
2. Address Higher Ranks as ma’am or sir at all times.
3. Never ask for pay, promotion, or rights. These are earned.
4. Do not use red or black chat colours.
5. No double-jobbing. (working at two or more agencies at once)
6. Only those with the RANK SELLER badge may sell ranks.
Never sell ranks if you are not authorised – serious consequences follow.
7. Poaching is prohibited.
8. Self-promotion is prohibited.
9. Uniforms must be worn by recruits only

COMMANDS
We will now cover some core commands – these are crucial for organizational structure.
FTF – Fill the Front (Cadet must fill the front desk)
FTS – Fill the Security (Fill the Security Station near the Banners)
FTB – Fill the Back (AFK/await instruction)
BTB – Back to Base (return to HQ immediately)
ATT – Attention (stand, wave then say “Yes Sir/Ma’am”)
AE – At Ease (return to your task)

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Well done! Next, I am going to teach how to properly recruit someone.
If someone from the lobby is interested in joining us, first ensure their account is older than 3 days – check their profile.
Then follow the B.U.M. method:
Badge – Ask them to join the RPA Main ID Badge
Uniform – Ask them to double click the mannequin for their uniform
Motto – Ask them to change their motto to: [RPA] Cadet
Once B.U.M. is complete, send the Intern to security using :in
This command works only when both of you are seated at FTF.

EVALUATION TEST
We’re now at the last part of your training.
It’s a 5 questions long evaluation test. You need to get at least 3 correct to pass.

Go to RPA.HabboBites.com and click Register at the bottom
Put in your Habbo Username
Copy the Motto Verification and Paste it into your Habbo Motto
Make a password and Click Create Account
If it’s not popping up for them, you still haven’t logged their training
PAY INFO
Our pay hours run daily at the following times:
12:00–1:00
1:00–2:00
6:00–7:00
7:00–8:00
(All times are based on EST and apply to both AM and PM sessions.)
Standard Pay
Non-IC employees earn 3 points per completed pay hour.
IC members earn 4 points per completed pay hour.
Bonus Pay
Bonus pay is available between the main pay hours.
Staff may earn up to 2 bonus points per hour during bonus periods.
A maximum of 8 bonus points can be earned per day.
You may only claim 4 hours per day.
Expectations During Pay
All staff participating in pay are expected to:
1. Comply with all RPA procedures and policies
2. Remain active and present in base
3. Follow all commands and instructions given by the host
4. Maintain professionalism at all times
